Return Process

  Email our spice experts within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are protected and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our Fort Mill headquarters using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
